Project Development Company (PDC)

PDC is a company which is involved mostly in project communication area of knowledge (K7). It can also bear other responsibilities during project execution based on its team experiences. (e.g. project security and guard)

The main objectives of PDC are as follows:

to reduce cost of project development
to make it (cost) more effective
to keep the activities lawful in this fast changing market

Because of the dynamic nature of Iran market due to changing international regulations which affect Iran market every day and consequently changing internal regulation to facilitate, we need fast feedback mechanism and short decision path. PDC will be the interface which will play this role.

The basis of PDC is the ultimate trust which had been built in multiple trust chains and/or loops. This trust facilitate project development and make it much faster.

Customer and vendor expectation management (part of communication management) are two of the main functions of PDC. Over-expectation can lead the project to a fast failure.

Project communication Management (K7) is the main function of ATA.

Battery limit engineering and interface management is one of the by-products of the PDC.

The capacity of the arranged staff (operation and operation support) is to serve 3 large companies and 7 medium sized company. It is important to size the company in operational and operation support departments. The foundation of PDC stablished so to be able to serve more companies in the future.

[1] The latest example is the idea in MAROON petrochem to generate power (DIY) but they do not know how much power they may need, if the generation of power by themselves is feasible or if it is reliable enough to run petrochemical plant. Are AEN products compatible and suitable for their requirement?
